Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How much do you charge?
    • By California law, the maximum charge per notarized signature a notary can charge is $15.
    • We charge $15 per notarized signature and offer discounts if you have multiple documents and or multiple signers.
  2. What is a notary?
    • A notary is an official witness who is only there to ensure each party who signs a document has proven their identity by valid forms ordained by the California Secretary of State.
  3. What are your travel rates?
    • For most requests, there are no minimum travel rates for customers who are local to Rancho Cucamonga and Upland, or have multiple signers and or multiple documents. For those with fewer than 5 signatures, our minimum travel rate is $15 depending on the location and time of day required. Please contact us for exact fees for your needs.
  4. Do you service Jails?
    • Yes! We service specific Prisons and Jails within the Inland Empire and Orange County, Hospitals, Businesses, etc. Anywhere you need us to be!
  5. How much is it just for one document?
    • A single document may have multiple signatures requiring a notary stamp or it could have multiple signatures only requiring one notary stamp. If a notary stamp is required, it will have a notary paragraph where we will sign or there will be instructions for us to attach a form that will be notarized.
    • If there is only one place for us as a notary to sign and stamp but there are two or three signers, that would be considered 2 – 3 separate notarized signatures. If there is only one person signing but the notary has to sign and stamp two different times, that is also considered two separate notarized signatures. Just because there is a single document, it does NOT necessarily mean it is only one notarized signature.
  6. Can you notarize a document in a different language?
    • Sure! As long as all signers are able to understand what they are signing, have the correct ID’s proving their identity, and can communicate to our notary that they do understand the document, we can notarize it.
  7. If someone us unable to sign with a full signature, can you still notarize a document?
    • Yes! There are multiple options available to persons of limited abilities. Please contact us for more details in this regard.
